Government Regulation
of 25 September 1951
on the liquidation of assets of certain institutions which are deleted.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 paragraph 1 of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
(1) The assets entrusted to the administration of the institution, which shall be abolished pursuant to Article 5 of Decree-Law No 74 / 1951 Coll., establishing the new ministries, and their commitments, shall be liquidated if the Minister of Finance, the institution of which, in agreement with the Minister of Finance, is a member of the institution, so requests.
(2) The liquidator shall be appointed and withdrawn by the Minister responsible.
(3) In an agreement with the Minister of Finance, the Minister responsible may, in accordance with paragraph 1, remove part of the assets or liabilities and take measures for them in his own field of competence, or bring them into his jurisdiction in an agreement with another Minister to take measures for them in his own field of competence.
(4) Disposal shall otherwise be subject to the provisions on the liquidation of the deleted national undertaking.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
