Decree of the Minister for the Interior
of 15 May 1947
on visa relief in contact with France.
In agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I will determine the following in accordance with § 11, paragraph 2 of Act No. 55 / 1928 Coll.:
The visa requirement laid down in the Order of the Minister of the Interior of 5 November 1938, No 270 Coll., concerning the introduction of a visa requirement in contact with France, does not apply to the holders of diplomatic and special (service) French passports.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1947.
