amending Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) and § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 238 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 100 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 168 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll.:
In Annex V to Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature Protection and Landscape Protection, as amended by Decree No. 105 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 1999 Coll., Order No. 85 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 190 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 116 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 381 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 573 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 574 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 425 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 96 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 141 / 2007 Coll., and Decree No. 267 / 2007 Coll., the words "Drbákov - Alberto Rocks PB Nalžovický Podhájí
The following shall be deleted:
1. The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 6088 / 77 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Drbákov - Alberto Rocks," of 5 December 1977.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 7833 / 75 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Habrovecká bučina," of 29 April 1975.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts no. 147.300 / 50-IV / 1 on the establishment of the "Josefska Valley" Nature Reserve on the Catastrophe Territory of Habřovka, Březina, Olomoučany, Blansko District and on the Catastrophe Territory of Babice, the Brno District and the Nature Reserve "Hádek Planka Planka" on the Catastrophe Territory of Kranice, the Brno District, of 2 September 1950.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No 18 093 / 80-VI / 2 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Boberské stráž" in the Giant National Park, of 21 November 1980.
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Arts No. 106.790 / 51 on the establishment of the natural reserve "Chernohorská peat," of 11 February 1952.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2008.
