supplementing Decree No. 72 / 1974 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Maternity Contribution Act
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to Article 16 of Act No. 107 / 1971 Coll., on the maternity allowance:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 72 / 1974 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Maternity Act, is added as follows:
The following Section 1a is inserted after Section 1:
The period of school holidays following the end of the school year in which the child completes the last year of compulsory education, unless the child has entered permanent employment at that time or has started other permanent work. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1984.
