THE LAW
Slovak National Council
of 8 July 1975
adjusting the scope of economic security of churches and religious societies by the State
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
The regional national committees shall be subject to the provisions of:
(a) § 11 (3) and § 17 (2) of Decree No. 219 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Roman Catholic Church by the State, in conjunction with § 1 of Decree No. 70 / 1968 Coll., on Economic Security of the Greek Catholic Church by the State,
(b) Articles 11 (3) and 17 (2) of Decree No. 220 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Czechoslovak Church by the State,
(c) Articles 11 (3) and 17 (2) of Decree-Law No 221 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Evangelical Churches by the State,
(d) Articles 11 (3) and 17 (2) of Decree-Law No 222 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of the Orthodox Church by the State,
(e) Articles 11 (3) and 17 (2) of Decree-Law No 223 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of religious societies by the State,
as amended by Article 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
