DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 8 July 1974
supplementing Decree No. 146 / 1973 Coll., on the organisation of working time and transfer of leave in the Slovak Socialist Republic in 1974 in connection with 29 August
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Socialist Republic after consulting the Slovak Trade Union Council and in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs within the meaning of the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic of 9 July 1973 No 234 and pursuant to § 43 (2) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, provides:
Čl. I
Paragraph 14 of Decree No. 146 / 1973 Coll., on the organisation of working time and transfer of leave in the Slovak Socialist Republic in 1974 in connection with 29 August, is added as follows:
"However, a worker who is granted a wage advantage for work on Saturdays and Sundays shall be entitled to this wage advantage for work on Friday, 30 August."
Čl. II
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1974.
