THE LAW
of 9 July 1969
on the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1969
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Determination of the State Budget of the Federation
(1) The total revenue and expenditure of the Federal State Budget for 1969 is fixed at CZK 40 844 035 000.
(2) In addition to the revenues from the activities of federal authorities and organisations, the entire income of the federal budget for 1969 is determined as income from payroll tax, 8,05% of the income from turnover tax, and part of the income from redistribution between the production units of the Czech Socialist Republic intended for use for production units managed by the authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Federation.
(3) Of the total expenditure of the Federation State Budget:

| c) dotace a subvence na vyrovnání úrovně společenské spotřeby Slovenské socialistické republiky | 5 065 387 000 Kčs |
| d) dotace na redistribuci mezi VHJ do rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky | 874 100 000 Kčs |
(4) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic will reflect the financial consequences of the Federation budget
(a) changes in the organisational subordination of research institutes between the federal and the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic;
(b) the reorganisation of the banking system and any other necessary organisational changes;
(c) the specification of the delimitation as a result of the new state-law arrangements.
(5) The Minister of Finance of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Minister for Planning of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and with the relevant central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic, will adjust non-investment expenditure, as well as subsidies and subsidies for civil defence investments and mobilization preparedness and technical development expenditure of the special part of the plan, provided from the federal budget of the Federation to the state budgets of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic according to the specification of the state plan for 1969.
(6) Unspent amounts of subsidies and subsidies granted from the Federation State Budget to the State budgets of both Republics for expenditure of a professional nature shall be entered in the Federation State Budget at the latest by 31 January 1970 after the end of the year.
Common and final provisions
The budget revenue and expenditure belonging to the Federation's state budget and which were effected between 1 January 1969 and the entry into force of this Act shall be charged to that budget.
Paragraph 1 and Annex 1 of Act No 158 / 1968 Coll., on the State Budget for 1969 and on certain other financial measures are hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
