DECLARATION
Prime Minister
of 24 September 1966
on the repeal of directives, instructions, revenues and other similar provisions of certain central government bodies
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 2 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 36 / 1966 Coll., which repealed certain legislation, provided for:
(1) On 1 October 1966, except for the provisions and measures referred to in paragraph 2,
(a) all directives, instructions, revenues and other similar regulations issued by 31 December 1965 in the fields of competence of the State Planning Commission, the State Technical Commission, the State Commission on Finance, Prices and Wages, the Central Commission on People's Control and Statistics, the Ministry of Finance, Mining, Chemical Industry, Heavy Industry, Consumer Industry, Food Industry, Construction, Internal Trade and Foreign Trade, the Central Energy Administration and the Central Water Management, as well as in the fields of competence of the Ministry of Health and Education and Culture as regards their subordinate economic organisations, and in the field of competence of the Ministry of the Interior as regards the local economy and the general internal administration of national committees;
(b) all the measures referred to before 31 December 1964 in the Collection of Directives for National Committees.
(2) Not deleted
(a) directives, instructions, revenues and other similar provisions of the authorities referred to in paragraph 1 (a);
1. which have been published in the Collection of Laws or in the Official Journal (Official Journal) or which have been notified in the Collection of Laws,
2. on occupational safety and health and regulations governing the provision of protective clothing, footwear, aids, uniforms and equipping of social facilities,
3rd wage,
4. on accounting, statistics which govern its performance only for 1966, and the regulations of the Central Commission for Human Control and Statistics which apply only to the system of authorities of Human Control;
5. which have issued technical standards,
6. which contain classified information,
7. which, after the examination carried out in accordance with the Government's decision, were left in force and are indicated in the Notice in this amount of the Collection of Laws;
(b) the measures referred to in the Collection of Directives for National Committees before 1 January 1965, which have been maintained in force after the examination carried out pursuant to the Government's decision and referred to in the amount of 9 / 1966 of the Reports of Directives for National Committees.
