repealing Decree No 164 / 1953 U. l., on flammable liquids
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to § 6 (1) of Decree No. 1 / 1952 Coll., on flammable substances and explosives.
Decree No 164 / 1953 of the Ú. l, on flammable liquids, is hereby repealed because the production, handling, storage and transport of flammable liquids have been regulated by the State standard. *)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
