DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 8 July 1961
amending Decree No 6 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which gives more detailed provisions on the declaration of residence of citizens of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
The Ministry of the Interior provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 52 / 1949 Coll., on the notification of the population and on the authorisation of residence to foreigners as amended by Act No. 76 / 1957 Coll.:
The provisions of Section 12 of Decree No 6 / 1958 of the Ú. l, which issue more detailed provisions on the declaration of residence of citizens of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, are amended and read as follows:
The models of reporting forms and home books shall be determined by the Ministry of the Interior. Announcement forms shall be issued to citizens free of charge by reporting offices. ';
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 1961.
