on business funds operating in machinery and tractor stations
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has acted in accordance with Article 66 of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
In order to encourage the physical interest of workers in machinery and tractor stations (hereinafter referred to as "stations') to perform and exceed the new tasks of the stations, to develop socialist competition and to increase the participation of workers in the management of the station in a spirit of unity of the interests of workers, stations and the entire national economy, enterprise funds of workers are set up in the stations.
The company funds of working stations are subject to the provisions of Act No. 23 / 1957 Coll., on the company funds of workers and the regulations issued for its implementation, including for the calculation of the shares for the first quarter of 1960.
The following shall be deleted:
(a) statutory measure No. 25 / 1956 Coll., on the Directors' Funds in Machinery and Tractor Stations,
(b) Paragraph 3 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1957 Coll., as regards the validity of statutory measure No. 25 / 1956 Coll.
This legal measure shall take effect from the date of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
