of 11 September 1951
establishing a new mandate.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
A light industry delegation shall be set up to carry out the tasks of the light industry delegation, excluding timber and paper production.
A mandate is hereby established for the forestry and forestry industries, which carry out the previous tasks in the field of forestry of agriculture and in the field of timber and paper production of the previous tasks in the field of industry.
The mandates of labour and welfare are set up.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the various delegates, including in the context of transfers of responsibilities carried out under this Regulation, shall be the responsibility of the participating ministers in agreement with the Minister of the Interior.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
