Government Regulation
of 7 September 1945
on the adjustment of certain service and pay ratios of state teachers in apprenticeship schools.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 66, § 3, § 67, § 1, § 70, § 83, § 1 and § 86 of the Law of 24 June 1926, § 103 Coll., on the regulation of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of Payee):
Amendment and addition of Decree No. 168 / 1934 Coll.
The Government Decree of 13 July 1934, No. 168 Coll., on categories of State professors and State teachers, on special conditions for the provision of a provisional or definitive State Professor or Teacher and for the promotion of a professor or teacher and on official titles, shall be amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 6 (1) (j) reads as follows:
(j) at the apprenticeship schools "Director of the apprenticeship school."
The following shall be inserted after this provision:
(k) at other professional schools, the Director of the Vocational School.
2. The Annex to the Government Regulation is added as follows:

Final provision.
This regulation applies only in Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries and takes effect on 1 July 1945; they are carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
