DECLARATION
of 4 March 2010
amending Decree No 582 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Liquidators, as amended
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 18 (10) of Act No. 38 / 2004 Coll., on insurance intermediaries and individual liquidators of claims and on the amendment of the Commercial Act (Act on Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Liquidators), as amended by Act No. 278 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 582 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Liquidators, as amended by Decree No. 40 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 251 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1, point (g) is deleted;
Point (h) shall be renumbered as point (g).

Institutions authorised to provide training programmes
Schools, training facilities or specialised professional institutions listed in the list published by the Czech National Bank in a way that allows remote access on its website, as well as insurance companies authorised by the Czech National Bank to carry out this activity, shall provide education, education or lifelong learning programmes aimed at achieving professional competence. "
3. Annex No 6 is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
