GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 March 2009
amending Government Regulation No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration
The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (g) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Decree No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (8), "up to 3 'is replaced by" and 2';
2. In Article 4 (10), "to 3 'is replaced by" and 2';
3. Paragraph 5 (2), including footnotes 16 to 22, is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
4. In Paragraph 5 (2), "3 'is replaced by" 2'.
5. In Paragraph 8 (1), "4 'is replaced by" 3'.
6. Annex No 1 is deleted.
Annexes 2, 3 and 4 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
7. In the heading of Annex No 1, "paragraph 2 'is replaced by" paragraph 1';
8. In the heading of Annex No 2, "paragraph 3 'is replaced by" paragraph 2'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2009.
