DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 17 March 2000
amending Decree No. 125 / 1993 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., laying down the conditions and rates of statutory insurance of the employer's liability for damage caused by accidents at work or occupational disease, as amended.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 205d (7) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 37 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 125 / 1993 Coll., laying down the conditions and rates of statutory insurance of the employer's liability for damage to work or occupational disease, as amended by Decree No. 43 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 98 / 1996 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (b), including footnote 1,
"(b) for Kooperativa, insurance companies, a. s., other employers 1)
1) Sections 8 and 205d of the Labour Code. '.
2. in Article 1 (2) (a), the words "Czech Kooperativa, cooperative insurance company, a. s., or Moravian-Silesian KOOPERATIVA, cooperative insurance company, a. s., as defined in paragraph 1" shall be replaced by the words "Kooperativa, insurance company, a.s.";
3. in Article 12 (5) (b):
"(b) employer responsible for Kooperativa, insurance company, a. s., for account number 40002- 50404-011 / 0100 Commercial bank, a. s., Praha 1,"
4. in Article 12 (5), point (c) shall be deleted;
5. Annex No 1 is deleted;
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
