supplementing the Federal Ministry of Communications Decree No. 390 / 1992 Coll., on the authorisation of amateur radio broadcasting stations
The Ministry of Economy provides, pursuant to § 5 paragraphs 3 and 6 of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications, as amended by Act No. 150 / 1992 Coll.:
The Annex to the Federal Ministry of Communications Decree No 390 / 1992 Coll., on the authorisation of amateur radio broadcasting stations, is added as follows:
in paragraph 3, marked "Class B ', the following text is added:
"(d) Elements of electrical engineering and radiotechnology, solutions of receiver and transmitter circuits, types of antennas and their use, foundations of electromagnetic wave propagation, measurements in radiotech and safety regulations."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
