DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 8 June 1983
supplementing the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 25 / 1964 Coll., to implement the Law on notarial fees, as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 30 / 1972 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic, provides in accordance with § 36 paragraph 1 of Act No. 24 / 1964 Coll., on notarial fees:
Annex 1 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 25 / 1964 Coll., to implement the Law on notarial fees, as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 30 / 1972 Coll., is added as follows:
Tariff item G the following points 4 and 5 are added:
| „4. smlouvy o zřízení, změně nebo zrušení věcného břemene | 100 Kčs |
| 5. smlouvy o výstavbě nového domu s byty v osobním vlastnictví,*) jejich změny a doplňky | 100 Kčs“. |
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
