on certain adjustments to sickness and pension insurance for mining workers
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Section 62a of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance of employees, as amended by Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll., under Section 35a of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on the allowance for children from sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll., and under Section 12 (3) and (4) of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security, as amended by Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll.:
(1) Inpower, (1) Support for the treatment of a family member (2) and assistance in motherhood (3)) working in mining with a permanent place of work in the underground mines, in coal quarry and in shelters carrying out the employment referred to in the annexed list and in Annex No 2 to the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic Regulation No 117 / 1988 Coll., on the inclusion of employment in the first and second working categories for pension purposes shall be determined from the net wage of the worker (worker) on the working day but not more than 180 Kčs in the five-day working week. This amount shall be adjusted proportionately if the fixed weekly working time is divided into a different number of working days per week.4)
(2) When determining the compensatory allowance in pregnancy and maternity (5), the workers referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be taken into account for the part of the earnings before transfer to another work which, after deduction of the wage tax, exceeds 900 CZK on average per week; that limit shall be converted into an hour of work according to the length of the specified weekly working time applicable to the operation in which the worker is active.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1982.
