establishing the customs tariff for commercial goods
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 41 paragraph 1 of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
Commercial goods shall be subject to customs duties at the rates and scales laid down by the commercial goods customs duties listed in the Annex to this Regulation.
It shall be repealed:
1. Government Decree No. 32 / 1947 Coll., on the General Customs Tariff, as amended;
2. Government Decree No. 258 / 1949 Coll., on the adaptation of the Explanatory Notes to the Customs Tariff, as amended.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1980.
