DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 3 July 1970
regulating the release, placement and physical security of workers in connection with the implementation of rationalisation and organisational measures
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Central Council of the Czechoslovak Revolutionary Trade Union Movement pursuant to Sections 11 and 12 of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, Section 63 (2) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on Diseases Insurance of Employees, and Section 142 of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security:
(4) A worker who has already expired from employment is entitled, at the time of receiving the allowance, to any death grants, provided that the conditions for granting them are otherwise fulfilled under the Staff Insurance Regulations; under these conditions, the funeral expenses are also payable to the deceased worker who issued the funeral.

6) The rights arising from the social security of workers covered by this decree are governed by Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, in particular in the provisions of Sections 2, 11, 14, 15 and 136.
