on the prohibition of partridge shot in 1962 and 1963
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, after consulting the Czechoslovak Hunting Union pursuant to § 30 (2) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., on hunting:
Due to the low condition of the partridges and this year's adverse weather conditions at the time of their hatching, it is prohibited in 1962 and 1963 from firing the partridges; in these years, only their intended catch is permitted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
