amending and supplementing Decree No 58 / 1954 of the Minister for Forestry and the Wood Industry of the Czech Republic on the remuneration for the supply of water from public water pipelines and waterworks and for the drainage of waste water by public sewage
The Ministry of Energy and Water Management declares, pursuant to § 10 (2) of Decree No. 60 / 1959 Coll., on the competence in the field of planning, pricing and pricing:
The Decree of the Minister for Forestry and Wood Industry No 58 / 1954 Ú. l., on the remuneration for the supply of water from public water pipelines and waterworks and for the drainage of waste water by public sewage is amended as follows:
Paragraph 4 is added to paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the following text:
"(3) The amount of the aqueous charge shall be determined by the amount of Kčs 1, - per 1 m3 of proven or anticipated quantity of water supplied if they are customers of the Socialist sector organisation.
(4) The culvert amount shall be determined by the amount of Kčs 0,90 per m3 of proven or anticipated amount of water released into the sewerage, if used by the Socialist sector organisation.
(5) The obligation to pay increased water and bulking pursuant to paragraphs 3 and 4 shall not apply to:
(a) single agricultural cooperatives;
(b) the production organisation of the Ministry of Agriculture;
(c) health care establishments, including spa institutes;
(d) public purification baths;
(e) public schools;
(f) the organisation of the housing sector.
(6) Exemptions from the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 may, where justified, be authorised by the Ministry of Energy and Water. "
This Decree shall take effect from 1 January 1962.
