repealing the Institute for School and Information Film in Bratislava. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and within the jurisdiction of its bodies:
On 31 December 1949, the Institute for Education and Information Film, established by Decree-Law No 357 / 1940 of the Slovak Republic, is hereby repealed.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Arts will implement the liquidation of the Institute for School and Information Film in agreement with the Minister of Finance.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education, Science and Art in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
