On 21 February 2024, the Constitutional Court decided under point Pl. ÚS 26 / 22 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Josef Boxy and the judges and judges of Lucie Dolanská Bányai, Josef Fiala, Jaromír Jirsy, Veronica Christian, Zdeněk Kühn, Tomáš Ličovník, Kateřina Ronovska, Jan Svatona, Pavel Šámal (Judge of the Rapporteur), Vojtěch Šimíček, David Uhíř, Jan Winter and Daniela Zeman, on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior for the abolition of Article 5 (2) of the General Order of the Municipality of the Municipality of China, represented by JUDr Michal. Michal Stach, the lawyer, based on the Hradbádek 56, Jindřich Hradec, as a party to proceedings,
as follows:
Article 5 (2) of the Ordinary Ordinance of the Municipality of Čímek No 3 / 2021, on the local charge for municipal waste management system, as amended by the Ordinary Ordinance of the Municipality of Čímem No 1 / 2022, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws and International Treaties.
