of 26 April 2018
repealing Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., laying down professional activities relating to the provision and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and the payment for their provision, and certain other regulations
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Article 5 (6) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 265 / 2017 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., which provides for professional activities related to the provision and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and the payment for their provision.
2. Decree No. 348 / 2014 Coll., amending Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., laying down professional activities related to the security of the issue and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and the payment for their provision.
3. Decree No. 442 / 2016 Coll., amending Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., laying down professional activities related to the security of the issue and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and payment for their provision, as amended by Decree No. 348 / 2014 Coll.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
