GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 January 2004
on the abolition of a spa site in the village of Železnice
The government orders pursuant to § 28 (2) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
The spa place in the village of Železnice is deleted.
This Government Regulation shall take effect on the 30th day following its publication.
