DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 1 February 2001
amending Decree No. 82 / 1993 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on reimbursement for residence in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (c) of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., and under § 177a (1) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 37 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on payments for residence in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 138 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 146 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 66 / 1996 Coll., Decree No. 262 / 1996 Coll., Decree No. 205 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 145 / 1998 Coll. and Decree No. 172 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) (b), the amount "36 CZK" is replaced by "44 CZK," the amount "43 CZK" is replaced by "51 CZK" and the amount "55 CZK" is replaced by "63 CZK."
2. In Paragraph 1 (1) (c), the amount "50 CZK 'is replaced by" 54 CZK' and the amount "28 CZK 'is replaced by" 32 CZK'.
3. In the second and third sentences of Paragraph 18 (3), the amount "240 CZK 'is replaced by" 290 CZK'; in the second sentence, the amount "130 CZK 'is replaced by" 160 CZK' and in the fourth sentence the amount "105 CZK 'is replaced by" 125 CZK'.
4. In Paragraph 18 (5), "80 CZK 'is replaced by" 96 CZK'.
5. In Paragraph 18 (9), "CZK 230 'is replaced by" CZK 276'.
6. In Paragraph 18 (10), the amount "10 CZK 'is replaced by" 12 CZK'.
7. In the second sentence of Paragraph 18 (11), "CZK 60" is replaced by "CZK 72."
8. In Paragraph 18 (12), the amount "CZK 60 'is replaced by" CZK 72' and the amount "CZK 50 'is replaced by" CZK 60'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2001.
