amending Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition Decree No. 118 / 1987 Coll., on the Veterinary Protection of State Territory
The Ministry of Agriculture pursuant to § 35 (1) (d) of Act No. 87 / 1987 Coll., on Veterinary Care, as amended by Act No. 239 / 1991 Coll., provides:
Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition Decree No. 118 / 1987 Coll., on the Veterinary Protection of State Territory, is amended as follows:
In the Annex to the Decree - List of border veterinary stations - is deleted
(a) Lot 26 (Znojmo); and
(b) from item 11, the text under (c) Jiřikov - road (GDR).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1996.
