GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 April 1995
establishing a special one-off cash requirement for members of the Police of the Czech Republic
The Government pursuant to § 23 (i) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., provides:
(1) A member of the Police of the Czech Republic ("the police officer"), who will undertake in writing in an agreement concluded with the Police of the Czech Republic (1) to perform the service in selected specific activities for a period of six years from the date of establishment of the service, is entitled to a special one-off cash requirement of CZK 15 000. This requirement shall be paid within one month of the establishment of the service. The specific activities selected are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) An officer whose service has ended before the undertaking referred to in paragraph 1 has been fulfilled shall be required to repay a proportion of the amount provided; That doesn't apply if his employment is over.
(a) dismissal as a result of a reduction in police numbers approved by the Government of the Czech Republic;
(b) release for medical reasons,
(c) death.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Selected specific activity (1) for the purpose of providing special one-off cash to police officers
POLICE INSPECTOR
6.01. Patrol activities of the railway service with possible use of the service dog.
6.02. Performance of transport service using diagnostic, measuring and connecting technology, if any.
7.01. Circuit and surveillance activities of order and transport services. Shift management.
7.02. Investigation and administrative proceedings in the field of traffic offences, accidents and accidents. Verification of the technical competence of in-service vehicles on the road.
7.03. Detection of criminal offences, conduct of acts before the start of criminal proceedings, conduct of acts at the direction of the investigator.
7.04. Execution of basic activities on the criminal police section.
7.06. Performance of operations in the task force.
7.08. Separate provision of activities on the service cynology section at the basic level of management, including a trip to the crime scene or protection of state borders, representative offices, diplomatic missions and objects of particular importance.
7.11. Ensuring comprehensive information service, carrying out special protection of protected persons in the home, workplace or place of residence, including the provision of special security services and the brokering of public contacts with protected persons, ensuring internal protection of objects with a focus on the workplace and the places of residence of protected persons, the operation of detection equipment at the entrance to the premises and the branch technical control of the consignments delivered (protective service worker).
7.12. Implementation of the protection of a specialised workplace at the airport and performance of special safety work (airport protection worker).
8.01. Management and coordination of order, transport and administrative services of basic and special police services, or the performance of complex activities in order, transport and administrative services of police departments.
8.04. Separate provision of activities on the section of special odour works in the search for drugs, narcotic drugs, the search for explosives and booby-trapped explosive systems and the odour identification of persons and goods including the exit to the crime scene.
8.05. Separate performance of operational search activities of the criminal police service associated with the demanding application of legal standards and cohesive relations beyond the safety character at the basic level of the proceedings (criminalist).
THE POLICE COUNCIL
8.01. Management, control, methodological management and coordination of basic management activities in the area of searching for persons and things (criminalistas).
9.04. Specialised performance of the operational search activity of the criminal police service at the secondary level of management associated with coordination and methodological management of the criminal police service of the basic level of management and police services for the detection of corruption and serious economic crime.
9.06. The execution of highly specialised work on the fight against terrorism, the detection of crimes committed in connection with foreign and drug production, possession and distribution, counterfeiting and alteration of money, stamps, securities and the like.
9.07. The provision of highly specialised work on the deployment and detection of intelligence or anti-intelligence equipment, including the acquisition of information, the detection of intelligence, anti-intelligence, operational and risk and security techniques and the documentation of crime.
9.09. Implementation of specialised search and intelligence activities and operations.
9.10. Determination of the manner and conduct of the crackdown on terrorists, hijackers and means of transport, dangerous perpetrators of organised crime and perpetrators of particularly serious crimes, including their execution.
10.07. Special interventions against particularly dangerous terrorists, hijackers of persons and means of transport and perpetrators of organised crime and perpetrators of particularly serious crimes (a specialist for rapid deployment and special task force at airports).
