adjusting the duration of the basic service of graduates of certain military schools and courses
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 27 paragraph 3 of the Defence Act No. 92 / 1949 Coll. as amended by Act No. 19 / 1958 Coll.:
The duration of the basic service of graduates of the annual officers' schools, vocational military schools and courses organised for soldiers with full secondary education, of the advance officers' schools and of the underofficer's schools who, through the final examinations, will duly complete their studies in those military schools or courses and take over the obligation to continue their service for the period prescribed by the Ministry of National Defence or Interior Regulation, shall be set at 12 months.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
