laying down the basic conditions for the supply of repairs to agricultural and forestry machinery, field and land works, chemistry and other agricultural works
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management, in agreement with the central authorities involved and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides for Article 392 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. ("the law '):
Scope
This decree provides:
(b) supplies of field and land works, *) chemistry and other agricultural works.
Field and land work, chemistry and other agricultural work
(1) The performance of the agricultural work carried out is confirmed by the supplier in writing. Discrepancies of works already evident upon completion, the customer is obliged to complain immediately upon receipt, otherwise the right of liability for these defects will cease.
(2) Deficiencies in plant protection works which are not already evident at the time of taking over must be claimed by the customer no later than one week after the expiry of the period of effectiveness of the product used, otherwise his right of responsibility for such defects will cease. The supplier shall inform the customer of the properties of the product used, the scope and the period of its effectiveness.
In the event of damage caused by the delivery of defective works, the supplier shall also replace what the customer (agricultural organisation) would have achieved in the course of the regular running of the goods if there had been no defective delivery (loss of profit).
Final provisions
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1967.

*) Land works are the meliorisation of agricultural and forest land, breaking of ditches, working in the implementation of economic and technical adjustment of agricultural land, etc. However, the land works under this decree are not the works mentioned in ČSN 73 3050 - the land works.
