LEGAL MEASURES
Bureau of the National Assembly
of 14 July 1965
amending the Central Administration of Research and Mining of Radioactive Materials in the Central Administration of the Uranium Industry
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The central management of the research and production of radioactive materials is being transformed into the central administration of the uranium industry.
(2) The central administration of the uranium industry is the central authority of the state administration for the search, extraction and processing of uranium ores in the CSSR, which also serves as a branch branch of the trust type for subordinate organisations.
(3) The Central Administration of the uranium industry is headed by a central director under the authority of the government.
(4) The government is appointed by the Central Director of the Central Administration of the Uranium Industry and its Deputy Directors.
The scope and organisation of the Central Administration of the Uranium Industry will further adapt its government status.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
