transferring the responsibilities of the youth protection offices to the executive bodies of the national committees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The scope of the youth protection offices in the Ministry of Justice, consisting in particular of the exercise of joint custody and custody, the special protection of non-parental children and the advisory and auxiliary activities, shall be transferred, with the exception referred to in Section 3, to the executive bodies of the District National Committees.
Direct supervision of youth care bodies in the field of national committees shall be carried out and their work shall be managed by the executive bodies of regional national committees; Central supervision shall be carried out by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The performance of the tasks of the legal protection of young people relative to abroad shall be provided by the headquarters for the international legal protection of young people in the field of the Ministry of Justice; the details are laid down by the Minister for Justice.
The Minister for Education and Culture is hereby authorised to lay down details of the implementation of this Regulation in an agreement with the Minister for Justice and Finance, in the case of other participating members of the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1957. They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Education and Culture and Justice in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
