ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 12 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of Article 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. prohibits
1. with effect from 13 March 2020 at 6: 00 p.m. theatre, music, film and other artistic performances, sports, cultural, religious, federal, dance, traditional events and other gatherings, exhibitions, festivities, pilgrims, shows, tastings, markets and fairs, educational events, both public and private, with a participation exceeding 30 persons at the same time, pending the appeal of this extraordinary measure. This prohibition shall not apply to meetings, meetings and similar events of constitutional, public authority, courts and other public persons which are held by law and to funerals,
2. with effect from 13 March 2020, from 20: 00, the presence of the public between 20: 00 and 6: 00 at the catering service premises,
3. with effect from 13 March 2020, from 6: 00 a.m., the activities of food service establishments located within shopping centres with a sales area exceeding 5 000 m2,
4. with effect from 13 March 2020 at 6: 00 a.m., the presence of the public at the premises of providers of certain services - gym, natural and artificial swimming pools, solarium, saunas, wellness services, music and social clubs, entertainment facilities, public libraries and galleries;
II. abolishes the emergency measure of the Ministry of Health of 10 March 2020, MZDR 10666 / 2020-1 / MIN / KAN on 13 March 2020.
