amending Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (Municipal Establishment), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Municipality Act
Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 273 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 59 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 22 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 216 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 61 / 2006 Coll.
1. In Article 4 (1), the words ", Jablonec nad Nisou 'shall be inserted after the words" Liberec'.
2. In Article 4 (1), "a 'is replaced by" comma' and the words "and Prostejov 'are added at the end of the text of paragraph 1.
3. In Paragraph 83 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
