DECLARATION

of 20 February 2008

on the announcement of the National Nature Reserve Drbákov - Alberto Rocks and the determination of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and for the implementation of § 28 (1) and § 37 (1) of the Act:

§ 1

Subject matter

(1) The National Nature Reserve Drbákov - Alberto Rocks (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reservation") is announced.

(2) The object of special protection is the communities of rocky slopes in the valley of the Vltava river in the Middle Svltava River, consisting of natural forest communities with a representation of the red ink (Taxus baccata) and a community of rock steppes with the presence of rare and endangered species of plants and animals.

§ 2

Definition of the national nature reserve

The national nature reserve is situated in the Central Bohemian region in the cadastral territory of Nalžovický Podháje. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is given in Annex 3 to this decree.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (2);

(b) establish hunting facilities.

§ 4

Protection zone

The protection zone of the national nature reserve is situated in the Central Bohemian region in the cadastral territory of Nalžovický Podháje. The national nature reserve protection zone boundaries shall be determined by a separate enclosed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 2 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the national nature reserve protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 5

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2008.
