DECLARATION
of 15 March 2007
amending Decree No 467 / 2003 Coll., on the use of tobacco labels in the labelling of tobacco products, as amended by Decree No 276 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 139 (1) for the implementation of § 131 (a) to (i) and (k) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on excise duties, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 575 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No 467 / 2003 Coll., on the use of tobacco labels in the labelling of tobacco products, as amended by Decree No 276 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of Paragraph 1, the sentence "This Order has been notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules for information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC 'is added.
2. In Paragraph 2 (1), the word "quantity 'is replaced by the words" for smoking and other tobacco'.
3. In Articles 2 (5) and 5 (1), the words "and tobacco 'are replaced by the words" smoking tobacco and other tobacco'.
4. In Section 3, the words "customs office 'are replaced by the words" working in the customs office'.
5. In Section 3, the words "working in a customs office 'shall be inserted after the word" staff'.
6. In both the heading and the text of Section 4, the words "the Customs Directorate 'are replaced by the words" working in the Customs Directorate'.
7. In Section 9, the words "the accepting customs office 'are replaced by the words" working in the authorised customs office and taking over the sheet according to the second sentence'.
8. The following Section 9a is inserted after Section 9, including the title:

Models of forms of statements used to change the rate of tax on cigarettes
The models of the forms of statements used to change the rate of taxation for cigarettes under Section 118a (7) and (9) of the Act are set out in Annexes 6 and 7 to this Decree. '
9. In the heading of Annex No 1, the words "customs office 'are replaced by the words" working in the customs office'.
10. In Annex 1, the words "as amended 'shall be inserted after the words" taxes'.
11. In the heading of Annex No 2, the words "the Customs Directorate 'are replaced by the words" working in the Customs Directorate'.
12. In Annex 3 (c), the words "smoking and other tobacco 'shall be inserted after the words" smoking and other tobacco';
13. In Annex No 4, point 1, the words "authorised customs office 'are replaced by the words" working in the authorised customs office'.
14. In Annex 4, point 1 (c), the words "smoking and other tobacco 'shall be inserted after the words" tobacco'.
15. the following Annexes 6 and 7 are inserted after Annex 5:
