DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 1 February 1993
on exemption from judicial fees
The Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice pursuant to § 16 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on the judicial fees and charge for the extract from the criminal record, provides:
They shall be exempt from judicial fees:
(a) holders of a certificate of participation in a national fight for exemption issued under a special provision, (1) if they are beneficiaries of an old-age, invalidity, partial invalidity pension, for the service of years or widower's or, where applicable, two of those pensions in parallel;
(b) widows of the holders of the certificate referred to in (a), if they have not married and receive an old-age, invalidity, widow's or social pension, or two of those pensions in parallel;
if the amount of the pension (total of pensions) does not exceed CZK 3000 on 1 January 1993 or on the date of the pension (total of pensions) after that date. The increase in pensions in accordance with the special regulations, (2) which took place after 31 December 1992, shall not be taken into account for this purpose.
The persons referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be exempt from legal fees from 1 January 1993.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
