THE LAW
of 23 June 1982
amending and supplementing Section 105 of the Labour Code
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended (complete version No. 55 / 1975 Coll.), is amended as follows:
1. The heading of Section 105 reads:
"Additional leave and special additional leave '.
2. the following paragraph 3 is added to Article 105:
"(3) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions, shall determine under which conditions and at what length they are entitled to a special supplementary leave for workers with a permanent place of work under the ground in mining, if they work out the shifts provided for in the mining regime for Saturday, and under which conditions they may take such leave until the end of the next calendar year."
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1982.
