DECLARATION

on the change in the character of border crossings at the Czechoslovak-Polish state borders Vyštý Komárnik - Barwinek and Plaveč - Muszyna
An agreement was negotiated between the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Embassy of the People's Republic of Poland in Prague on 2 January 1975 to change the character of border crossings Vyšný Komárnik - Barwinek (road) and Plaveč - Muszyna (railway) to long-distance border crossings with effect from 1 March 1975.
Annex 1 is amended accordingly. The Arrangement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of Poland on cooperation in the exercise of control in railway and road traffic across national borders, signed in Prague on 8 July 1971 and published in Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 50 / 1972 Coll. by deleting the restrictive reference for serial numbers 1 and 2 and, for number 2, the text in the Notice.
