DECLARATION

on uniform provisions concerning the approval of a SB headlamp (Sealed Beam) for vehicles giving a European asymmetrical silenced or driving beam or both (Regulation No 5)
Pursuant to the Agreement on the Adoption of Uniform Conditions for Homologation (Verification of Conformity) and the Reciprocal Recognition of Approval of Equipment and Components of Motor Vehicles, Geneva, 20 March 1958 (Agreement published under No 176 / 1960 Coll.), the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations that it will apply, in future, the Uniform provisions concerning the approval of a SB headlamp (Sealed Beam) for vehicles giving European asymmetrical silenced or driving beam (Regulation No 5).
For the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, Regulation No 5 entered into force on 15 April 1968.
