on occupational safety oversight in production cooperatives
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) Supervision of occupational safety in production cooperatives is carried out by their labour inspection bodies. the details are laid down by the Central Association of Production Cooperatives in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions by the Order in the Official Journal.
(2) The personal and material costs of carrying out the inspection of work in production cooperatives are borne by the cooperative organisation.
(1) The authorisations and tasks under the labour safety regulations of the Central Authorities and Trade Unions are for the production cooperatives section of the Central Association of Production Cooperatives, which is responsible for the government's supervision of safety at work in production cooperatives.
(2) overtime is permitted by cooperative associations in production cooperatives; Cooperative labour inspection authorities (§ 1) may, in agreement with the health and health services authorities, determine whether, under what conditions and to what extent overtime may be permitted in certain cooperatives and their establishments, or, where appropriate, prohibit overtime.
The authorities carrying out technical supervision under specific rules shall, in carrying out such supervision in the production cooperatives, carry out inspections with the cooperative bodies.
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
