of 13 April 1948
on the establishment and organisation of the state enterprise "Czechoslovak State Film."
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders the President of the Republic, pursuant to § 1, § 3 of Decree of 11 August 1945, § 50 Coll., on measures in the field of film and § 1 and § 2 of the Act of 18 December 1922, § 404 Coll., on the management arrangements for state establishments, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks:
For state business in the field of film, which is referred to in § 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Decree No. 50 / 1945 Coll. and which has until now been operated by the State under the name "Czechoslovak Film Company" and "Slovakian Film Society," a "Czechoslovak State Film" is established. This undertaking is declared to be an undertaking managed according to the principles of business management.
The Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No. 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the Management of State establishments, institutes and establishments which are not primarily intended to carry out administrative tasks, as amended by the Regulations amending and supplementing them, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, "Czechoslovak State Film 'is added to the list of enterprises managed under the principles of business management.
2. In Section 8, additional paragraphs such as paragraphs 6 and 7 are added:
"(6) The administration of the" Czechoslovak State Film "can also be 15 or 18 members.
(7) One third of the members of the administration of the company "Czechoslovak State Film" shall be appointed by the Minister of Information from the employees of the company and representatives of the Unified Trade Union Organisation, on the proposal of the Unified Trade Union Organisation. "
The employees of the company "Czechoslovak State Film" are in a professional relationship with private law and their pay and working conditions are governed by the rules applicable to the relevant sector and the type of employment. The rules on state management of wage policies remain unaffected.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Information and Finance in agreement with the Minister for Social Welfare.
