Constitutional Law
of 7 May 1947
amending the provisions on the restoration of legal order.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
Čl. I.
The period laid down in Article 6 (5) of the Constitutional Decree on the restoration of law shall be extended until 17 June 1949.
Čl. II.
This constitutional law shall take effect on 4 May 1947; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
