GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 February 2017
amending Government Regulation No. 445 / 2016 Coll., on determining the fields of education in which mathematics is the subject of a common part of the graduation examination
The Government mandates pursuant to § 78 (6) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 370 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 445 / 2016 Coll., on determining the fields of education in which mathematics is the subject of a common part of the graduation exam is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, the words "in Part I." shall be inserted after the word "Regulation."
2. the Annex shall read as follows:

Transitional provision
In the fields of education listed in the Annex to Government Decree No. 445 / 2016 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, in Parts II to IV, mathematics is the subject of a common part of the graduation examination for pupils who successfully complete the final year of secondary education with the graduate examination after 30 September 2021.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
