of 3 February 2006
amending Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Article 12 (1) (b), the words "and population records' are replaced by the words", population records and birth numbers'.
2. In Article 12 (1), the words "and the establishment, closure and change of the character of border crossing points' shall be added at the end of the text in point (j).
3. In Paragraph 12, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The Ministry of the Interior has a coordinating role in the performance of the public administration entrusted to the local authorities.
(4) The Ministry of the Interior has a coordinating role in the field of the service of members of the Security Corps. '
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 5 and 6.
4. In Article 19, the words "for the eco-friendly product and service labelling system and for the programme supporting voluntary participation in the environmental management and audit system (EMAS programme) 'are added at the end of paragraph 2.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
