The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 18 March 1997, in plenary, on a proposal by the District Office in Mladá Bloslav to repeal the generally binding Decree of the town of Mladá Byslav No 883 of 17 September 1996 to regulate individual sources of air pollution on the territory of the city as follows:
The Decree of the City of Mladá Byslav No 883 of 17 September 1996 on the regulation of individual sources of air pollution on the territory of the city shall be repealed on the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
