GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 September 1963
determining the duration of the basic service to certain workers in metallurgical plants
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 27 paragraph 3 of the Defence Act No. 92 / 1949 Coll. as amended by Act No. 19 / 1958 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) The duration of the basic service of the designated number of employees in metallurgical plants, namely smelters in blast furnaces and their aides, taiči- steelists and their helpers, wasters and their helpers, white masons, metal smiths, founders, drivers and their helpers, and technology and metallurgical transport operators, who will start the basic service in 1963- 1965, is set at 12 months.
(2) The number of carers regulated by the duration of the basic service is determined by the government.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
