Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 13 April 1946
on the withdrawal of vouchers from 1944, sounding like one crown.
According to Section 3 of the Order of the President of the Republic of 19 October 1945, No. 91 Coll., on the renewal of the Czechoslovak currency, I declare:
§ 1.
Coupons from 1944, which, according to § 2 (1) (b) of Decree No. 91 / 1945 Coll., remained in circulation throughout the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic as a legal tender, will cease to be a legal tender on 25 April 1946.
§ 2.
From 26 April 1946 to 4 May 1946, the Czechoslovak National Bank will exchange the vouchers listed in § 1 for all its treasuries, both at the Prague Central Institute and at the Slovak Regional Institute in Bratislava, as well as at all its filipers.
§ 3.
After 4 May 1946, any exchange of these vouchers is excluded.
